Ms.P.H.Vijaya Deepti,Convener women Industry Panel CII,Karnataka &Vice President,Tata Consultancy Services,said," Tata group  has always been pioneer in empowering women and leverage women power".

Mr.T.V.Mohandas Pai,,Chairman,Manipal Global Educational Services said,"Though there are more women in IT industry than anyother industry,the numbers are only at entry level.In IT they constitute 40% at the entry level, 25% at the middle level, and only 8% at the top level.". He urged the need for more women at the top decision making level which will be good for the company and also for the country.
