GOGreen BOV launch New range of e-bikes.

The new range of e-bikes are
1.KOHRA- an e-bike  costing Rs.38,000/-.Range-
2.KIMAYA- an e -bike designed for women & people for travelling nearby places.can carry a weight of 160 kgs.Range-60kms.Price-Rs.47,000/-.
3. KAVACH- Designed specially for field workers with a range of 120kms.Price-Rs.53,000/-
4. SUNNOTI-Designed specially for the delivery segment.Range-100kms. Comes in Two variants.
Price-Rs.44,000/- & Rs.59,500/-.
Addressing the media,Mr.Dhivik Reddy,Executive Director,says," Since inception we have
sold about 14,000 vehicles. We are currently selling about 1200  vehicles per month.With
the launch of this new line, we expect the demand  to go upto 2600 vehicles per month".

At present the batteries are imported from Korea.There is an import duty of 41%.Here,the
Govt. of India has to look into the matter and reduce the import duty as the vehicles are
non polluting,saving foreign exchange on importing crude oil ,the two vital factors for the country.

Few important points  announced are:
1.No Driving Licence.
2.No Registration.
3.No Number Plate.
